Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the defaulter respondent shall pay the

amount along with compound interest upto 11.4.2014, the date of the

judgment of the High Court, within twelve weeks from today. Needless to say the interest components shall be computed as per the judgment and order passed by the High Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the Special Leave Petitions and the Interlocutory Applications arising out of SLP(C)No.14314 of 2014 stand disposed of.

The other Special Leave Petitions, being SLP(C)Nos.14314, 21035, 31117, 11959, 14262 and 12470 all of 2014 be listed in the second week of July, 2016.
