Notice of the Transfer Petition has been served on the respondent. Respondent has sent a communication dated 07.06.2013 to the Registrar of this Court stating therein that he has no objection if the above matrimonial case is transferred from the Family Court No. 3 at Pune, Maharashtra to the Family Court, Surat, Gujarat.

We, accordingly, allow the Transfer Petition and transfer matrimonial case being P.A. No. 1204 of 2011 titled "Raghusesha R. Sirigiri Vs. Shreta R. Sirigiri" from the Family Court No. 3 at Pune, Maharashtra to the Family Court, Surat, Gujarat. The transferrer court shall transmit the record and proceedings of the transferred case to the transferee court without any delay.

The transferee court is requested to hear and decide the transferred case as expeditiously as may be possible. The parties are directed to co-operate with the transferee court in expeditious disposal of the transferred case. 5. No costs.
