It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 819 days in filing the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 15.07.2014 of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in SCA No. 1738 of 2014.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 10.01.2017 filed a letter stating therein that orders dated 30.01.2013 is not necessary to file. Counsel further states that relevant exhibits have been filed with this SLP (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 10.01.2017 is included in the paperbooks at page No. 425).

It is lastly submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 31465 of 2014 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23.02.2015 when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the order dated 23.02.2015 is enclosed herewith).
