"Issue notice in the special leave petition as well as on the prayer for interim relief, returnable in four weeks."

Accordingly Show Cause Notice returnable for 6th March 2017 was issued to all

the four respondents by registered A.D. Post on 7th February, 2017. Track consignment

report of India Post shows that show cause notice was delivered to all the four

respondents on 13th February 2017. A copy of show cause notice was also issued to Mr.

B. K. Prasad, Advocate (standing counsel for Union of India) but the counsel has not

filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of all the said four respondents so far.

Service of notice is complete.
