The ld. Counsel for the petitioner is present. He has stated that respondent No.1 is dead. Ld. counsel is therefore directed to take appropriate steps for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent with utmost despatch and in case any application is filed on that count, the same shall be placed for orders before the ld. Registrar (Judl.) supervising the working of Section XI.

Service is complete as against the other respondents and they may file the counter affidavit in case they choose to do so.
