This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of proceedings being Petition No.CM/243/2020 titled "Kashish Sachdeva vs. Priyanka Arora" from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan to the Principal Judge (East District), Family Court, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material placed on record.

3. We have considered the facts of the case and grounds on which transfer has been sought. On such consideration, we are satisfied with the grounds urged by the petitioner and accept the same. Therefore, proceedings being Petition No*.*CM/243/2020 titled "Kashish Sachdeva vs. Priyanka Arora" pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan is ordered to be transferred to

the Principal Judge (East District), Family Court, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

4. The Family Court, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan shall send the case record to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay.

5. We direct the transferee Court to make an endeavour to decide the transferred case expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year.

6. The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed.

7. Pending applications are also disposed of.
