The office report with regard to non filing of spare copy of SLP for issue of fresh show casue notice was listed before Ld. Registrar's Court on 14th July, 2015 with connected matters when the following order was passed:

"The office report indicates that although by order dated 24.03.2015 of this Court, three weeks time as last chance was given to the Ld. counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondents, Yet he has not done the needful so far. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed copy of complete set of SLP paper books for issue of fresh show cause notice and Dasti notice to the unserved Respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

The default on the part of counsel for the petitioner is listed before Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with this office report.
