Issue notice returnable in four weeks. In the meantime, the respondents are restrained from taking any coercive steps for disconnecting supply of electricity to petitioner's premises, subject to the petitioner's paying all the charges/dues except the tax calculated on the basis of maximum demand. Tag with SLP(C) Nos.24685-24719/2012." Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 26th August 2013 was issued to all the four respondents by registered AD post only on 6th August 2013. Service of notice is awaited. A copy of the show-cause notice was also sent to the Mr. B.Balaji, Standing Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu/Respondents but he has not filed vakalatnama/appearance so far.
