UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The learned counsel invited my attention to the order of this Court dated 13.12.2022 whereby the petitioner (Union of India) was granted time to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondents. Learned counsel submits that though it was for the respondents to take necessary steps to bring on record the ature Not Verified a representatives of the deceased respondents. But as the information was received, the petitioner (Union of India) filed applications of bringing legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.

The learned counsel submits that the copies of the death certificates issued by the competent authorities are also annexed to the application. The counsel submits that there is a delay in filing the application due to the out break of covid pandemic steps could not be taken at the earliest and the delay caused in filing application is for bonafide reasons accepting the submissions of the counsel, the delay condoned. This application is allowed in terms of the prayer. Necessary steps be taken within two weeks.
On the backdrop of these facts, the applicant also prays for setting aside the abatement of Special Leave Petition against the deceased respondent Nos. 3 and 4 as well as seeks permission to amend the memo of parties. Accordingly, in terms of prayer, the application for setting aside allowed in terms of order along with permission amended memo or parties is taken on record.
