I.A. Nos. 202457, 202458 and 202465 of 2022, which are applications for substitution of legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1, condonation of delay in filing substitution application and setting aside abatement, respectively, are allowed as there is no opposition to the same.

Amended memo of the parties would be filed within a period of seven days from today.
