The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28.11.2016 alongwith connected matter, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice on the prayer for condonation of delay, as also, on the main special leave petitions. Tag with SLP (C) No. 31726/2012."

It is submitted that as directed above show cause notice to all the 3 respondents could not be issued as counsel for the petitioner has on 29.11.2016 filed only 1 spare copy of SLP Paper Books.

For non-filing of requisite copy of SLP Paper Books, the matter was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 7.2.2017 alongwith connected matter, when the Court was pleased to inter-alia pass the following Order:-

" SLP (C) No. 35120/2016

Despite last opportunity having been granted sufficient number of spare copies have not been filed, as such, let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions."

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 10.2.2017 filed requisite copy of SLP Paper Books without filing application for condonation of delay in filing Spare Copy (barred by time by 21 days).

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this Office Report for directions.
