It is submitted that there is sole respondent in this matter. Mr. Sarvesh Singh, Advocate has on 31.01.2017 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

SLP (C) NO. 34728/2016

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in this matter. Unserved cover has been received in respect of sole respondent with postal remarks' "No such company in C-37".

SLP (C) NO. 34730/2016

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in this matter. As per tracking report show cause notice in respect of sole respondent has been delivered at New Delhi G.P.O. but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far (Copy enclosed).

SLP (C) NO. 35120/2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 06.01.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Two weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the petitioner for filing sufficient number of spare copies for service of all the respondents. Notice thereafter be issued. List again on 7.2.2017."

It is submitted that as directed above, counsel for the petitioner has not filed 2 more spare copies of SLP Paper Books to issue show cause notice to all the 3 respondents so far, hence show cause notice to all the 3 respondents could not be issued so far.

"Issue notice on the prayer for condonation of delay, as also, on the main special leave petitions. Tag with SLP(C) No. 31726/2012."
