UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Despite several opportunities given earlier to the petitioners for filing rejoinder-affidavit, no rejoinder-affidavit has been filed. Mr. Rakesh K. Khanna, learned Additional Solicitor General prays for some more time. That prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent No. 1. We are satisfied that one more opportunity may be given to the petitioners to file rejoinder-affidavit. We, accordingly, give
further time of eight weeks to the petitioners for filing rejoinder affidavit. In case, the petitioners do not file rejoinder-affidavit within eight weeks, no further opportunity shall be given to them. List the matter on 7.4.2014.
