Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that the petitioner had preferred a review petition before the High Court, which was disposed of on 20.10.2015. It is the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant special leave petition, with liberty to the petitioner to impugn the order dated 20.10.2015 passed in the review petition along with the impugned order dated 28.07.2015, assailed through the present petition.
