The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.10.2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay condoned.

Issue notice.

In the meantime, the operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 11.03.2014 passed by the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jaipur Bench, Jaipur in D.B. Civil Special Appeal No. 500 of 2013 remain stayed."

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in SLP No. 27965/2014 and Sole respondent in SLP Nos. 27966 to 27968/2014 by regd. A.D. Post. A.D Card duly signed has been received back in respect of Respondent No.1 in SLP (Civil) No. 27965/2014 and sole respondent in SLP [C] No. 27968/2014 but no one has entered appearance so far. But neither A.D cards nor unserved cover has been received back in respect of the other respondents.

It is further submitted that in pursuance of Ld. Registrar's order dated 08.05.2015, fresh show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 2 in SLP [C] No. 27965/2014 and sole respondent in SLPs SLP[C] Nos. 27966 and 27967/2014 by regd. A.D post as well as Dasti through District Court on 07.09.2015. But neither A.D card nor unserved cover has been received back so far. A report has been received from District Court after effecting service of notice to the above said unserved respondents.

Service is complete in all the SLPs.

S.L.P.[C] Nos. 31560 and 31561 of 2014

The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17.11.2014 when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) ...CC No. 15911 of 2014"

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued on 07.09.2015 to all the 10 respondents through registered AD post. A.D Cards duly signed have been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 3, 6, 7 and 10 but no one has entered appearance so far. But neither A.D cards nor unserved cover has been received back in respect of respondent Nos. 1-2, 4-5 & 8-9.

It is further submitted that in pursuance of Ld. Registrar's order dated 08.05.2015, fresh show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 & 9 by regd. A.D post as well as Dasti through District Court on 07.09.2015. But neither A. D cards nor unserved cover have been received back. A report has been received from District Court after effecting the service of notice to the above said unserved respondents. Mr. Ajay Choudhary, Advocate for the petitioner has on 28.10.2015 filed Affidavit alongwith proof of Dasti service after served the notice to the unserved respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 5 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service is complete.

S.L.P.[C] Nos. 31561/2014

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued on 08.12.2014 to the Sole Respondent through regd. A.D post. Ms. Bharti Tyagi, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of sole respondent and has filed counter affidavit. Copy of the same has already been included in the paper books.

Service is complete.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
