The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 27.08.2015 when he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"The served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks, whereafter no further extension shall be given.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld. Counsel for the petitioners to comply with the terms of the order dated 08.05.2015 of this Court. List the matter again on 20.11.2015."

S.L.P.[C] Nos. 27965, 27966, 27967 and 29768/2014

It is submitted that common show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 2 in SLP [C] No. 27965/2014 and sole respondent in both the SLPs i.e SLP[C] Nos. 27966 and 27967/2014 by regd. A.D post as well as Dasti through District Court on 07.09.2015. Neither A.D nor unserved cover has been received back so far. A report has been received from District Court after effecting service of notice to the unserved respondent Nos. 2 in SLP [C] No. 27965/2014 and sole respondent in both the SLPs i.e SLP[C] Nos. 27966 and 27967/2014. A.D Card duly signed has been received back in Respondent No.1 in SLP [C] No. 27965/2014 and sole respondent in SLP [C] No. 27968/2014 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service is complete in all the SLPs.

S.L.P.[C] Nos. 31560/2014

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, and 10 by regd. A.D post as well as Dasti through District Court on 07.09.2015. Neither A. D cards nor unserved cover have been received back in respect of Respondents Nos. 1, 2, 5, 9, and 10. A report have been received back from District Court after effecting the service of notice to the unserved respondent Nos. 4, 8 & 9. Mr. Ajay Choudhary, Advocate for the petitioner has filed Affidavit of Dasti service on 28.10.2015 after served the notice to the unserved respondent Nos. 1, 2, 5 and 8 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. A.D Card received in respect of Respondent Nos. 3, 6, 7 and 10 but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is complete.

S.L.P.[C] Nos. 31561/2014

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to Sole Respondent by regd. A.D post as well as through District Court on 07.09.2015. Neither A. D card nor unserved cover has been received back so far.

Service is not complete.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
