The matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 20.07.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved sole respondent shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the District Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioners within the period prescribed above.

List again on 24.9.2015."

It is submitted that accordingly, notice was issued to sole respondent through regd. AD as well as District Court. AD card duly signed has been received from sole respondent. A report from District Court has also been received stating therein that notice was served to sole respondent but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is complete

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
