It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (Civil) No(s).29629/2014 (Main SLP No.22761/2014) arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.10.2014 when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 27.10.2014 is enclosed for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court. ..2
