I.A. No. 178574 of 2022 has been filed by the petitioners seeking exemption from filing court fee. It appears that the petitioners have invoked Article 32 of the Constitution of India seeking relief of regularisation in service and pensionary benefits. The petitioners claim to have served with the Government of Assam. The petitioners could have very well approached the High Court of Assam at Guwahati under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking appropriate relief.
