UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

Service is complete on respondent nos. 1,12,24,26,28 to 30, 33,34 and 36 but none has entered appearance.

Respondent nos.2 to 4 and 6 are granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.

Respondent nos.15 and 19 to 23 are granted four weeks' time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars in respect of unserved respondent nos.5,14,16 to 18, 25 and 27.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time to take fresh steps for re-issuing notice to respondent nos.7 to 10 and 13.

Notice sent to respondent no.11 has returned back with the remarks 'unclaimed', as such, service shall be deemed to be complete in light of Judgment of the Hon'ble Court in K. Bhaskaran Vs. Sankaran Vaidhyan Balan and Another, (1999) 7 Supreme Court Cases 510 and Registrar Court's order dated 13.10.2023 passed in T.P. (C) No. 2090/2019, but none has entered appearance.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks' time to take appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent nos.31,32 and 35.

As per office report, ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies in terms of Hon'ble Court's order dt.03.01.2025. Today more time is sought. One weeks time is granted as last opportunity. If spare copies are filed within the time granted, issue notices immediately and list again on 09.04.2025. However, if spare copies are not filed within the time granted, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
