UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos. 24 and 30 has stated that copy of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent No.9 has not been served upon him. Therefore, Ld.Counsel for the respondent No.9 is directed to provide the copy of the counter affidavit to the aforesaid respondent and file proof thereof.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to file the fresh particulars and to take fresh steps for the service of notice to the respondent Nos. 26 and 28 despite opportunities. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders. List thereafter.
