Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.8, 16, 18-20, 22, 24, 29 and 31 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. $1 - 7$ , $10 - 15$ , $17$ , $21$ , $23$ , $25-28$ , $30$ , $32$ & $33$ .

In the meantime, learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit in proof of dasti Solution with a said respondents. List again on 28.10.2016.
