Appearing respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.
Four weeks time is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents. …..."
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 01.07.2016 filed affidavit with proof of dasti service duly serving respondent nos. 6, 13, 15-17, 22-26 & 31. Counsel appearing for Respondent nos. 1 to 4, 5, 11 & 12 have not filed counter affidavit. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 6-10 & 13-31 though served with notice.
