It is submitted that thare are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3, 5 to 8 and 11 to 12 have not filed counter-affidavit. Counsel for the petitioner has neither furnished the fresh address of Respondent Nos. 16 and 25 nor taken fresh steps to serve Respondent Nos. 17, 28, 30 and 31. Service is already complete on Respondent Nos. 1,2,3,9. 10, 13-15, 18-24, 26, 27 & 29 but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 16,17,25,28, 30 and 31.

It is submitted that there are 31 Respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7, 11 & 12 have not filed counter-affidavit. No one has entered appearance on behalf of rest of the respondents.

Service is complete.

SLP (C) No. 28871 of 2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel for the petitioner has on 06.07.2016 filed affidavit with proof of Dasti service duly serving Respondent Nos. 1,2,3,4,13, 15, 17, 18, 26, 29, 30 and 31. Correct Respondent Nos. 16, 24, 25 and 27 have also been mentioned in the said affidavit in whose respect proof of service has already been filed. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1-6, 8-10 and 13-31 though served with notice. Counsel appearing for

Respondent nos. 7, 11 and 12 have not filed counter-affidavit so far.

Service is complete.

SLP (C) No. 29086 of 2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3, 5 to 8 and 11 & 12 have not filed counter-affidavit. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 10, 13, 17, 20, 22. Counsel for the petitioner has neither furnished the fresh address of Respondent Nos. 15, 23 to 25 nor taken fresh steps to serve respondent Nos. 1,2, 4, 9, 14, 16,18, 19, 21 & 26-31.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1,2,4,9,14,15, 16, 18, 19, 21, 23 to 31.
