"SLP(C) No.28386/2015

Versus

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent Nos.1-4, 7,11, & 12 to file the counter affidavit.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to respondent Nos.14 & 15.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent No.24 within four weeks. Service of notice is complete on the other respondents, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. SLP(C) No.28470/2015

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent Nos.1-4, 7,11, & 12 to file the counter affidavit.

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice was issued to Respondent No. 24 by registered AD Post on 13.04.2016. Neither AD card nor unserved cover has been received back so far. Vakalatnama/Appearance have been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1-4, 7, 11 & 12 but counter affidavit has not been filed so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to Respondent Nos. 14 & 15.

Service is not complete upon respondent Nos. 14, 15 & 24.

SLP (C) NO. 28470/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7, 11 & 12 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Fresh notice to Respondent Nos. 25 & 27 at fresh address & Respondent Nos. 6, 8, 16 & 23 was issued on 13.04.2016 by usual mode as well as Dasti. Service by both modes is awaited. No one has entered appearance on behalf of rest of respondents though served with notice. Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 6, 8, 16-23, 25 & 27.

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1-4, 7 and 11 & 12 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Counsel for petitioner has on 11.04.2016 filed affidavit with proof of dasti service duly serving respondent Nos. 16, 17, 18, 20-26 & 30. Rest of the respondents have already been served. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5, 6, 8-10 & 13-31 so far. Service is complete.

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3, 5 to 8, 11 & 12 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Counsel for the petitioner has on 04.04.2016 filed affidavit with proof of dasti service duly serving Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 10, 13-21, 23-24, 26-31. Rest of Respondents already served. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2, 4, 9-10, 13-31 so far. Service is complete.

SLP (C) NO. 29379/2015

It is submitted that there are 30 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 5 & 11 to 12 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Fresh notice to Respondent Nos. 6, 13, 15-17, 22-26 & 31 was issued on 07.05.2016 by registered AD as well as Dasti mode. Service by both mode is awaited. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 7-10, 14, 18-21, 27-30 so far though served with notice.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 6, 13, 15-17, 22-26 & 31.
