The matters above mentioned were listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 10.02.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"The served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted to be served on the learned Advocate appearing before the court below. List the matters on 01.04.2016."

SLP (C) NO. 28599/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3, 5 to 8, 11-12 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Fresh notice to Respondent Nos. 1, 4, 10, 13, 14, 16-17, 20, 21, 23-31 were issued by registered AD and Dasti mode on 21.03.2016. Service is awaited by both modes. No one has entered appearance on behalf of rest of the served respondents.

SLP (C) NO. 28659/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7 & 11 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Fresh notice to unserved Respondent Nos. 5, 6, 8-10, 12, 13, 15-26 & 30 was handed over to counsel for petitioner on 16.03.2016 for Dasti service. Affidavit of dasti service is awaited. No one has entered appearance on behalf of rest of the served respondents.

SLP (C) NO. 28686/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7 & 11 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Fresh notice to unserved Respondent Nos. 5-6, 9, 10, 14-27 & 30 was handed over to counsel for petitioner on 16.03.2016 for dasti service. Affidavit of Dasti service is awaited. No one has entered appearance on behalf of rest of the served respondents.

SLP (C) NO. 28714/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7, 10 & 11 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Fresh notice to unserved Respondent Nos. 15-19, 21, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28 & 30 was issued on 26.02.2016 by registered AD as well as Dasti mode. Counsel for petitioner has on 29.03.2016 filed affidavit of Dasti service duly serving Respondent Nos. 15-19, 21, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28 & 30. No one has entered appearance on behalf of the served respondent so far.

Service is complete.

SLP (C) NO. 28717/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7, 10 & 11 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Fresh notice to unserved Respondent Nos. 15-19, 21, 23, 24, 26, 27 & 29-31 was issued on 27.02.2016 by registered AD as well as Dasti mode. Counsel for petitioner has on 29.03.2016 filed affidavit with proof of Dasti service duly serving all the aforesaid respondents. No one has entered appearance on behalf of the served respondents.

Service is complete.

SLP (C) NO. 28718/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7, 11 & 12 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Counsel for petitioner has not taken fresh steps to serve unserved Respondent Nos. 8, 16, 17, 23, 24, 26, 30 & 31 so far. No one has has entered appearance on behalf of rest of the served respondents.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 8, 16, 17, 23, 24, 26, 30 & 31.

SLP (C) NO. 28724/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7, 11 & 12 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Fresh notice to Respondent Nos. 8, 14, 15, 17, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 30 & 31 was issued on 11.03.2016 by registered AD and Dasti mode. Counsel for the petitioner has on 30.03.2016 filed affidavit of Dasti service duly serving all the aforesaid respondents except respondent no.31 who is reported to be absconding. No one has entered appearance on behalf of the served respondents so far.

Service is not complete on respondent no.31.

SLP (C) NO. 28725/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7, 11 & 12 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Fresh notice to unserved Respondent Nos. 10, 17, 19, 23, 24, 26, 30 & 31 was issued on 11.03.2016 by registered AD as well as Dasti mode. Counsel for the petitioner has on 30.03.2016 filed affidavit with proof of dasti service duly serving all the aforesaid respondents except respondent no.31 who is reported to be absconding. No one has entered appearance on behalf of the served respondents so far.

Service is not complete on respondent no.31.

SLP (C) NO. 28726/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 11 & 12 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Fresh notice to unserved Respondent Nos. 7, 9, 10, 13-17, 22, 23, 25-28 & 30 was issued on 11.03.2016 by registered AD and Dasti mode. Counsel for the petitioner has on 30.03.2016 filed affidavit with proof of dasti service and same is defective for the reason that respondents mentioned in affidavit does not tally with those to whom dasti notice has been issued. Service by usual mode is awaited. No one has entered appearance on behalf of the served respondents so far.
