"SLP(C) No.28386/2015

Versus

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos.16, 25 & 26 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.

Mr.Avijit Bhattacharjee, Ld.counsel undertakes to appear for the respondent Nos.11 & 12. He seeks and is given two week's time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the other respondents.

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner filed fresh particulars of Respondent Nos. 16-25 and 26. Hence show cause notice was issued at fresh address to them on 08.01.2016 by registered AD post. Mr. Avijit Bhattacharjee, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance for Respondent Nos. 11 and 12 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. M/s. Rishi Matoliya and Rajiv Mehta, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 7 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. AD card duly signed have been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 5, 6 to 10, 12, 13, 20, 29 and 31. Neither AD cards nor unserved covers have been received for Respondent Nos. 14, 15, 17 to 19, 21 to 23, 27, 28 & 30.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 16 to 19, 21 to 23, 25 to 28 & 30.

SLP (C) NO. 28470/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel for Petitioner has on 23.12.2015 filed only two sets of spare Copies of SLP alongwith fresh address of Respondent Nos. 25 and 27 but has not filed fresh particulars of Respondent No. 24 alongwith spare copy. M/s. Rishi Matoliya, Rajiv Mehta and Avijit Bhattacharjee, Advocate hae filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7, 11 & 12 respectively but have not filed counter affidavit so far. AD cards duly signed by Respondent Nos. 5, 10, 13-14, 19, 20 & 22 but no one has entered appearance so far. Unserved cover containing notice to Respondent No. 16 received with postal cover 'Home remain locked for nearly 6 months'. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice to respondent Nos. 6, 8, 9, 15, 17-18, 21, 23, 26, 28-31 received.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 6, 8, 9, 15, 17-18, 21 26, 28-31.

SLP (C) NO. 28480/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel for petitioner has not filed fresh particulars alongwith spare copies to issuance of fresh notice to Respondent Nos. 16, 17, 21, 23, 24 & 26 so far. M/s. Rishi Matoliya, Rajiv Mehta and Avijit Bhattacharya, Advocate have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1-4, 7 and 11-12 respectively but have not filed counter affidavit so far. AD cards duly signed by Respondent Nos. 5-15, 19, 27-29, 31 have been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice to Respondent Nos. 18, 20, 22, 25 and 30 received.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 16-18, 20-22, 23-26 and 30.

SLP (C) NO. 28519/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel for petitioner has neither furnished the fresh particulars of Respondent Nos. 16 & 24 nor filed spare copies for issuance of fresh notice. M/s. Rajiv Mehta, Rishi Matoliya and Avijit Bhattacharya, Advocate have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3, 5 to 8, 11 & 12 respectively but have not filed counter affidavit so far. AD cards duly signed by Respondent Nos. 4, 9, 22 & 25 have been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Unserved cover containing notice to Respondent No. 26 received with postal comments "No such Person". Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice to Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 10, 13-15, 17-21, 23, 27-30 received.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 10, 13-21, 23, 23-24, 26-30, 31.

SLP (C) NO. 29379/2015

It is submitted that there are 30 respondents. M/s. Ranjan Mukherjee, Avijit Bhattacharjee, Advocate have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5, 11 & 12 rescpectively but have not filed counter affidavit sof ar. AD card duly signed by Respondent Nos. 7-10, 14, 18-21, 27-29 received but no one has entered appearance so far. Unserved cover containing notice to Respondent Nos. 16, 24-26 received with postal comments "No such Person & gate remain locked" respectively. Neither AD cards nor unserved cover containing notice to Respondent Nos. 1-4, 6, 13, 16, 17, 22-23, 30-31 received.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1-4, 6, 13, 15-17, 22, 26, 30 & 31.
