Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos.3, 16, 20,23,24 & 26 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.

Mr.Avijit Bhattacharjee, Ld.counsel undertakes to appear for the respondent Nos.11 & 12. He seeks and is given two week's time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.
