The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Application(s) for deletion of name(s) of respondent(s) from the array of parties is rejected.

Issue notice.

There shall be stay of demolition of any portion of petitioner(s) building in the meantime. Further, we restrain the petitioner(s) from making any further construction in the meantime. The petitioner(s) shall not plead equities at the time of hearing of the Special Leave Petitions."

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Show cause notice was issued on 15.10.2015. Unserved cover containing notice from respondent nos. 15 & 23 received with postal comment "Door remained locked". Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from rest of respondents so far.

SLP (C) NO. 28686/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Show cause notice was issued on 15.10.2015. Unserved cover containing notice from respondent nos. 15 & 24 received with postal comment "Door always found locked & no such person respectively". Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from rest of respondents so far.

SLP (C) NO. 28714/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Show cause notice was issued on 14.10.2015. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from respondent nos. 1 to 31. Service awaited.

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Show cause notice was issued on 13.10.2015. Unserved cover containing notice from respondent nos. 15 & 24 received with postal comment "Not found & no such person respectively". Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from rest of respondents so far.

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Show cause notice was issued on 15.10.2015.
