Versus

The matters above mentioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 05.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Application(s) for deletion of names of respondent(s) from the array of parties is rejected. Issue notice. There shall be stay of demolition of any portion of petitioner(s) building in the meantime. Further, we restrain the petition(s) from making any further construction in the meantime. The petitioner(s) shall not plead equities at the time of hearing of the Special Leave Petitions."

1. SLP (C) NO.28386/2015

It is submitted that as per order quoted above, notice was issued to all the 31 respondents on 16.10.2015 by registered AD by registered AD post. Unserved covers have been recevied in respect of Respondent Nos. 16, 25 & 26 with postal remarks with postal remarks "Gate Locked" and " No such Person". Neither AD card nor unserved cover has been received from Respondent Nos. 1-15, 27-31.

Service of notice is not complete.

2.SLP (C) NO. 28470/2015

It is submitted that accordingly show cause notice was issued to all the 3 respondents on 15.10.2015. Unserved cover has been received from Respondent Nos. 24, 25 & 27 with postal

remarks "Gate always remain lock & Closed", "No such person" & "Their is no such Person". Nothing has been received on behalf of others respondents.

Service is not complete on all the 31 respondents.

3. SLP (C) NO. 28480/2015

It is submitted that accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the respondents on on 15.10.2015. Unserved cover has been received from Respondent Nos. 16, 17, 21, 23, 24, 26 with postal remarks "Gate always remain lock & closed", "no such address", "incomplete address", "no such address", "there is no such person in the given address" and "there is no such person in the given address" respectively. Nothing has been received from rest of respondents.

Service is not complete.

4. SLP (C) NO. 28519/2015

It is submitted that accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the respondents on 15.10.2015. Unserved cover has been received from respondent nos. 16 and 24 with postal remarks "there is no such person" and "gate lock" respectively. Nothing has been received from rest of respondents.

Service is not complete.

SLP (C) NO. 29379/2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before Hon'ble Court on 13.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Taken on board. Notice. No stay. Tag with SLP(C)No.28386/2015 etc."

It is submitted that accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the 31 respondents on 29.10.2015. Neither AD card nor unserved cover has been received from all the 31 respondents.
