It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that these matters have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 28.09.2015 of the High Court of Meghalaya at Shillong in Public Interest Litigation No. 1 of 2014 alongwith application for exemption from filing Certified Copy of Impugned Order (registered as I.A. No. 1) in SLP (C) No. 28766 of 2015 and permission to file additional documents in SLP (C) No. 28870 and 28871 of 2015 (registered as I.A. No. 1) and the same have been included in respective SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 28386 of 2015 and 28599 of 2015 arising out of same Judgment were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.10.2015 and 06.10.2015 respectively, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice with certain direction. Copy of orders dated 05.10.2015 and 06.10.2015 are enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 28766 of 2015 counsel for the petitioner was required to rectify the defects in the Cause Title of the supporting affidavit. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 05.10.2015 and the same is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 28870 of 2015 counsel for the petitioner was required to file all the Orders, documents and reports mentioned in the Impugned Order. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 06.10.2015 and the same has been placed at Page No. 212 of SLP Paper-books.

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 28871 of 2015 counsel for the petitioner was required to file all the Orders, documents and reports mentioned in the Impugned Order as well as Order dated 11.08.2014 and 28.04.2015. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 06.10.2015 and the same has been placed at Page No. 209 of SLP Paper-books.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as all are arising out of same Judgment.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 28870 and 28871 of 2015 upon being mentioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 08.10.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :-

" List tomorrow, the 9th October, 2015 before an appropriate Bench. "

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report. DATED THIS THE 8th DAY OF OCTOBER, 2015.
