The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 18th July, 2014 when the following order was passed:-

"C.A. No. 10475/2010

Await the return of the Certificate of Service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 11, 12 and 14 to 16. A reminder shall be issued to the concerned Court.

The learned counsel for the respondents shall file the statement of case within a period of 35 days, in case he intends to do so.

The office report further states that the learned counsel for the appellants has filed an application to bring on record the Lrs. Of the deceased appellant No.1 and the same is defective. The learned counsel for the appellants is directed to rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said application within a period of three weeks. List again on 22.9.2014."

It is submitted that service report has been received from the High Court of Madras with regard to respondent Nos. 1, 2, 11 and 12 wherein they have been reported dead service report in respect of respondent Nos. 14, 15 and 16 has not been received so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for appellant has filed statement of case and he has not cured the defects of the application.

Service of notice is incomplete.

It is further submitted that Original record from the High Court has not received and reminder to the High Court for Originl record and Certificate of Service in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 11, 12 and 14 to 16 has been issued on 17th July, 2014.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
