The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 1st May, 2015, when the following order was passed:-

"C.A. No.10475/2010

Versus

The Ld. Counsel for the appellants has stated that he has already taken the fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondent No.16. Office shall verify the position and report accordingly.

The office report is that although by Order dated 23.2.2015 of this Court three weeks time as last chance was given to the learned counsel for the appellants for filing an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the deceased respondent No. 1,2,3,11 and 12, yet he has not done the needful so far. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter.

It is submitted that there are sixteen respondents. Respondent No. 13 is represented by Mr. M. A. Chinnasamy. Certificate of service have been received in respect of respondent Nos. 4 to 10 and 14. Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 11 and 12 are reported dead. Respondent No. 15 is not residing at the given address and respondent No. 16 is unserved due to incorrect address.

It is further submitted that Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, Advocate for the appellant has filed only spare copies of the Special Leave Petition for effecting service on unserved respondent No. 16, but he has not filed fresh and correct address of respondent No. 16. Therefore, notice could not be issued on the said respondent.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, counsel for the appellant has not taken steps to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 11 and 12 till date.

The default of the Advocate for the appellant is reported to the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers with this office report.
