The matters above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th January, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned.

Let fresh notice be issued on Respondent No.2 returnable within four weeks.

If no affidavit serving Dasti on Respondent No.2 is filed, on the next date of hearing, the interim order passed on 01.11.2013 shall stand vacated."

Accordingly fresh notice was issued to Respondent No. 2 through registered A.D. Post as well as by 'Dasti mode'.

It is submitted that Ms. Arti Singh, Advocate has filed affidavit of service with proof of service after serving 'Dasti Nocite' on Respondent No. 2, but no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 (State of Goa) so far. Hence, Service of show cause notice is now complete on both the Respondents as Respondent No. 1 is already represented through Mr. Debasis Misra, Advocate.

The matters above mentioned are therefore listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
