Heard Mr. Guru Krishna Kumar, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Rakesh Dwivedi, learned senior counsel

appearing for United India Insurance Co. Ltd. and Mr. Jaideep Gupta, learned senior counsel appearing for Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. and the other learned counsel appearing for the other insurance companies.

We request the respondents to get instruction as to what order has been passed in D.B. Civil Contempt Petition No. 1620 of 2016 on the file of High Court of Rajasthan. Instruction shall also be obtained as to whether after withdrawal of M.A.No. 1388 of 2017 in T. C. (C) No. 7 of 2011, any decision has been taken to extend the benefit of five years, de hors paragraph 6(1)(c) of the Special Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS), 2004.
