The matters above mentioned alongwith connected matters in were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.01.2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to inter-alia pass the following order:

"................................. Delay condoned. Dismissed. We direct the State Government to implement the order(s) passed by the High Court within eight months' time from today. If for any reason, the petitioner-State does not implement the order(s) passed by the High Court, the respondents are at liberty to approach this Court by way

of filing contempt petition (s)."

It is submitted that Mr. S. M. Jadhav & Co., Advocates has on 15.10.2015 filed common contempt petitions in the matters above mentioned on behalf of the applicant alongwith vakalatnama/memo of appearance and Annexures P-1 & P-6 for disobedience of Hon'ble Court's order dated 21.01.2015 which has been registered as C.P. No. 793-817/2015. Original paper books has been weeded out after due preservation & counsel for the petitioner has supplied fresh SLP paper books only in main SLP (C) No. 20025/2011. In rest of the connected matters counsel for the applicant has filed a letter dated 02.1.2015 stating therein that the Contempt Petition is arising out a group /batch of the matters and seeking exemption from filing the copy of SLP in each and every matters.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased sole petitioner alongwith condonation of delay in filing the same and permission to file Contempt Petition in SLP No. 23985/2012, which is barred by time by 966 days. He has also filed vakatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of the sole Lr. of deceased petitioner. Copy of the same placed with SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that one of the Contempt Petition No. 735/2015 in connected matter SLP (C) No. 19278/2014 (copy enclosed) was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.11.2015 when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to serve a set of paper books of the Contempt Petition on Shri C.D.Singh, learned counsel for the State of Madhya Pradesh."

The Contempt Petitions in the matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
