"There is a delay of 754 days in filing the Special Leave Petition. We do not find any reason to condone this delay. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed on the ground of delay only."

It is submitted that Mr. S. M. Jadhav & Co., Advocates for the Petitioner has on 08.07.2016 filed contempt petition alongwith Annexures P-1 to P-3 and vakalatnama/memo of appearnce for disobedience of Hon'ble Court's order dated 11.07.2014 which has been registered as C.P. No. 512/2016.

It is further submitted that Original SLP paper books has been weeded out after due preservation & counsel has supplied fresh SLP paper books.

The Contempt Petition in the matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
