The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned alongwith connected matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.01.2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to inter-alia pass the following order:

Dismissed.
We direct the State Government to implement the order(s) passed by the High Court within eight months' time from today.
If for any reason, the petitioner-State does not implement the order(s) passed by the High Court, the respondents are at liberty to approach this Court by way of filing contempt petition(s)."
It is submitted that M/s S.M.Jadhav & Co., Advocate have filed (common) contempt petitions on behalf of the applicant in the above mentioned SLPs alongwith vakalatnama/memo of appearance and Annexures P-1 & P-3 for disobedience of Hon'ble Court's order dated 21.01.2015 which has been registered as C.P. No. 82-85/2016. Copy of the same has already been included in the paper books.
It is further submitted that original paper books has been weeded out as per practice of this Registry and counsel has supplied fresh SLP Paper books only in SLP No. 18245/2014.
It is lastly submitted that one of the Contempt Petition No. 780/2015 in connected matteer SLP(C) No. 11250/2013 (Copy enclosed) was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.12.2015, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:
"We see no reason to interfere in these contempt proceedings filed against the alleged contemnors/respondents. The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed. Application, if any, also stands disposed off. The petitioner shall however be at liberty to seek such redress as may be open to him in law, if decision of the award is passed in his favour."
The Contempt Petitions in the matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
