The matter above mentioned alongwith main matter i.e. in SLP (C) No. 20025/2011 were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.01.2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to inter-alia pass the following order:

"................................. Delay condoned. Dismissed. We direct the State Government to implement the order(s) passed by the High Court within eight months' time from today. If for any reason, the petitioner-State does not implement the order(s) passed by the High Court, the respondents are at liberty to approach this Court by way of filing contempt petition (s)."

It is submitted that Mr. Amlan Ghosh, Advocate has on 09.10.2015 filed contempt petition on behalf of the applicant alongwith vakalatnama/memo of appearance and Annexures C-I & C-II after obtaining 'No Objection' from erstwhile advocates for the respondents in SLP for disobedience of Hon'ble Court's order dated 21.01.2015 which has been registered as C.P. No. 735/2015. Copy of the same has already been included in the paper books. Original paper books has been weeded out after due preservation & counsel for the petitioner has supplied photo copy of SLP paper books.

The Contempt Petition in the matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
