The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04.12.2015,

when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice. Personal appearance of the respondents is dispensed with for the present."

It is submitted that accordingly notice was issued on 21.02.2015 through registered AD to all the four alleged contemnors. Mr. Arjun Garg, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of all the contemnors but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

CONTEMPT PETITION No. 838/2015 in SLP (C) No. 9635/2013

It is submitted that in pursuance of court's order dated 15.01.2016, the matter above-mentioned has been tagged with C.P. (C) No. 771/2015 in SLP (C) No. 25284/2012. Accordingly, notice was issued on 21.01.2016 to all the four contemnors by speed post. As per track report of the speed post, notice has been delivered to

all the four contemnors, but none has entered appearance on behalf of any of the contemnors.

Service is complete.

CONTEMPT PETITIONS No. 793-817/2015 in SLP (C) No. 20025/2011 etc etc.

It is submitted that in pursuance of court's order dated 16.12.2015, the matters above-mentioned have been tagged with C.P. (C) No. 771/2015 in SLP (C) No. 25284/2012. Accordingly, common notice was issued on 02.01.2016 through registered A.D. to all the four contemnors (common in all the petitions). Mr. Arjun Garg, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of all the contemnors but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service is complete.

CONTEMPT PETITIONS No. 858/2015 in SLP (C) No. 23985/2012

It is submitted that in pursuance of court's order dated 16.12.2015, the matter above-mentioned has been tagged with C.P. (C) No. 771/2015 in SLP (C) No. 25284/2012. Accordingly notice was issued on 07.01.2016 to all the four contemnors through Regd. A.D. post but neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received back from all the four contemnors.

Service is incomplete. However, contemnors in all the Contempt Petitions are common and represented through Mr. Arjun Garg, Advocate and service may be treated as complete.

CONTEMPT PETITION No. 52/2016 in SLP (C) No. 20025/2011

It is submitted that Mr. Parmanand Pandey, advocate has on 16.12.2015 filed contempt petition in the matter above mentioned on behalf of the applicant alongwith vakalatnama/memo of appearance and Annexures P-1 & P-9 for disobedience of Hon'ble Court's order dated 21.01.2015 which has been registered as C.P No. 52/2016.

It is further submitted that original paper books has been weeded out after due preservation & counsel for the petitioner has supplied fresh SLP paper books.

The Contempt Petitions in the matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
