UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent no.95 has failed to file counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted. Further opportunity to file the same has already been declined.

Two weeks time, is granted as a last chance to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, for Kuing notice to respondent nos.54 to 56 and 63 to 67.

Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to respondent nos.28, 39 and 44(a) to file counter affidavit.

Ld. counsel for petitioner has failed to take appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent nos.4, 13 and 86.

Service is complete on remaining respondents, but none has entered appearance.

Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
