UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Despite service of notice on respondent Nos. 5, 7, 8, 12-21, 23, 29, 33-52, 58-61, 69, 70, 72-83, 87, 89-92, 94 and 96 there is no appearance on their behalf.
However Mr. Dvijendra Kumar Pandey, Ld. Advocate has appeared ************************************ spondent Nos. 18 and 29.
He seeks and is given four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.
Four weeks time is granted to respondent No. 95 to file the counter affidavit.
Notice issued to respondent Nos. 1, 85 and 93 are returned with postal remarks "Refused". Thus, service is deemed to be complete on the respondents and there is no appearance.
Two weeks time, is granted to the petitioners, for furnishing fresh particulars and to take fresh steps in respect of respondent Nos. 2-4,6,9-11, 22, 24-28, 30-32, 53-57, 62-68, 71, 84, 86, 88, who are unserved. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served.
