UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Let State file a counter affidavit in this matter. Such affidavit be filed within two weeks.
We are directing the State to file said affidavit as it has been specifically argued on behalf of the State that petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation and not producing the documents asked for by the investigating agency.
Rejoinder to this counter affidavit be filed within one week thereafter.
I. A. No. 2570 of 2024, which is an application for impleadment of the complainant is allowed.
I. A. No. 11451 of 2024 seeking intervention stands rejected.
The cause title be amended for this purpose, accordingly.
The added respondent shall also be entitled to file a counter affidavit and the rejoinder within the aforesaid time frame.
List this matter after three weeks.
Interim protection already granted shall

The Investigating Officer shall notify the petitioner the particulars of the documents he wants the petitioner to disclose.
