The learned counsel representing the State of West Bengal (the appellant) prays for an opportunity to

bring on record the latest developments in the State of West Bengal qua compliance of the directions issued by the National Green Tribunal.

In the meantime, additional affidavit on behalf of the appellant may be filed.
