It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 8105 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.10.2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and grant stay and the same is pending for hearing before the Hon'ble Court. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 21.10.2016 is enclosed herewith.

Mr. Vikash Singh, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 27.10.2016 filed application for permission to file additional documents alongwith additional documents. The application has been registered as Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos. 1784917852 of 2016 and copy of the same is being circulated herewith.
