Issue notice. Since, in-as-much as, learned counsel has entered appearance for the Caveator on behalf of the respondent No.1, Anil Kumar B.S, in SLP(C) No.20974/09 and in SLP(C) No.23544/09 for the respondent no.1 G.Pradeep Kumar, service of notice on the -2 said respondents is waived and service on the said respondents shall deemed to be complete.

Let the other respondents be served in the usual course. Dasti, in addition. The respondents shall be entitled to file counter affidavit after four weeks. Re-joinder, if any , may be filed within two weeks thereafter. There will be stay of the operation of the impugned judgment in the meantime.
