It is further submitted that Mr. Ghanshyam Joshi, Counsel for Appellant has on 28.07.2015 filed applications for bringing the Legal Heirs of the deceased of Respodent Nos. 17 (applications are registered as I.A. Nos. 168200) alongwith applications for Condonation of Delay in filing applications for bringing the Legal Heirs of the deceased of Respondent No. 17 as there is delay of 32 days in filing the substitution applications (applications are

registered as I.A. Nos. 201233). He has also filed applications for Official Translation.

It is lastly submitted that Notice of Motion was endorsed to the Counsel for the appellant for 14.09.2015 but he has not filed affidavit of service of Notice of motion so far.

Service is incomplete upon applications for substitution.

The applications in the appeals abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble JudgeinChambers with this Office Report.
