The legal issue with regard to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) status of the cooperate debtor has been raised relying on the Notification No. S.O. No.1702 (E) dated 01.06.2020. We are not inclined to examine the said issue, as the appellant - Epitome Components Pvt. Ltd had accepted the rejection of the plan as the bid bond amount was refunded to them on their request. Further, the refund was accepted without protest or objection. Our attention is drawn to the email dated 18.08.2021 written by them.
Recording the aforesaid the appeal is dismissed.
