The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 3 rd

November, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Status quo, as on today, shall be maintained in the meantime."

Accordingly show cause notice, usual as well as dasti was issued on 17/11/2014 to all the 13 respondents. Ms. Malini Poduval, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behlaf of respondent no. 1 & 2 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Acknowledgement cards are awaited in respect of respondent nos. 3 to 13. In respect of dasti notice, counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit/proof of service so far.

It is further submitted that Ms. Malini Poduval, Advocate for respondent nos. 1 & 2 has on 20/11/2014 filed an application for setting aside of this Court's order dated 3/11/2014 (registered as Interlocutory application No. 2) and copy of the same has been included in the Slps paper book.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3 to 13.

The application in the matter above-mentioned is listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report.
