There are 11 respondents in the matter abovementioned. Ms. Malini Poduval, Advocate has on 4.12.2014 filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. M/s Temple Law Firm has on 18.11.2014 filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 11 and has on 6.1.2015 filed counter affidavit(Copy of the same has been included for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court). Mr. M.T. George, Advocate filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 8 to 10 but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ranveer Singh Yadav, Advocate for the applicant has on 9.3.2015 filed an application for impleadment to implead the applicant as party petitioner(registered as I.A. No. 1)(Copy of the same has been included in the SLP's paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

Service of show cause notice is complete.

There are 13 respondents in the matter abovementioned. Ms. Malini Poduval, Advocate has on 17.11.2014 filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and has also filed counter affidavit(Copy of the same has been included for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court). Mr. M.T. George, Advocate filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. M/s Temple Law Firm has on 9.1.2015 filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 5 and has on 26.2.2015 filed counteraffidavit(Copy of the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court). A.D. cards in respect of Respondent Nos. 6 to 13 are still awaited. In respect of dasti notice counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit/proof of dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 6 to 13 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete by way of dasti on Respondent Nos. 6 to 13.
